Take every opportunity to look deeper into your experience. Lots of details and things go unnoticed in every moment. Take some time to wake up from your normal state and become ultra-aware of your internal and external state. If you meditate, look deeper into your body and mind, in the form of sensation and thoughts. When you walk, notice the smells, the change in view as you move, the sky, the animals, the feel of the ground beneath you as you tread on it.
Becoming more aware can help you to become more alive. Perhaps there is something unnoticed that you will become aware of that will change your life for the better. Perhaps you will make a discovery that changes the world. Perhaps it will lead to something amazing.
